Inspiration:
From the creative mind of Carrie Vicana, whose love of Halloween and the Nightmare Before Christmas, comes the original ballet production Nightmare Before Nutcracker. Her reinterpretation of the beloved Nutcracker ballet and Nightmare movie, successfully produced a memorable and unique production that will easily become an annual holiday staple. In its inaugural performance in the fall of 2019, members of Kathy Marfin's Dance School and Ms. Tera's Tap n Toes participated in bringing Mrs. Vicana's vision to life.

Storyline:
We begin our story with the next generation of Halloween Town characters, including Jack-O-line and her sister Sally. Jacki has become bored of life in Halloween Town and desperately wants to go on an adventure of her own. Even after the town showcases all of the amazing things the town has to offer, Jackie decides to take her chances with the unknown and finds herself in the Land of Sweets. Her adventures in the Land of Sweets will ultimately change the future of both worlds! |
