RECITAL 2012
"Destination: Dance"
Date: Sunday, June 10, 2012
Time: 1:00 p.m. – Matinee, 6:00 p.m. – Evening

ADMISSION FREE!
Required Fees to Participate (participation is optional, but recommended)
Recital Fee: $45 per student
Due on or before Saturday, November 5. This fee covers admission for friends and family, one free program per student, rental of the theater, lights and sound equipment, sets, technicians, music, music editing, security, and much, much more.
Costume Fee: $65 child size, $75 adult size
Due on or before Saturday, December 10th.
A $10 late fee will be added to all costume orders received after December 10th. Parents are responsible for making any necessary adjustments (attachments, hemming, alterations, etc.) for their children’s costumes. We do our best to get the closest size for your child, but some alterations might be necessary. Costumes will be posted by Monday, November 21.
Optional Fees
Recital Photography: jR Photography will be at Kathy Marfin’s Dance School on Saturday, May 5th and Saturday, May 6th.
Group and Individual pictures will be taken. Order forms and prices will be distributed in March/April.
Recital Videos: Professionally video taped by Omni-Video. DVD's are $35 each.
Recital T-shirts: Child - $15, Adult - $20
