About Us
Kathy Marfin’s Dance School first opened in San Antonio in 1979. Since that day, we have prided ourselves on providing a safe, professional and fun environment for children to learn the art and love of Dance.
KMDS offers an array of classes including Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Hip-hop, Tumbling and Social Dance for ages 2-Adults. We provide beginner, intermediate and advanced classes for the recreational dancer, as well as the pre- professional dancer. Students receive professional dance training and quality dance technique, giving them a strong foundation for a great future, as well as a means to a lifetime of physical fitness. Although technique is very important, we believe that it is equally important to develop students’ coordination, grace, confidence and friendships in the classroom.
