Kathy Marfin's Dance School is equipped with 7 studios. If you are needing space for an event, a  party or you would like to rent a studio for a class, rehearsal or private instruction, KMDS has the perfect space.

• Complimentary Wi-Fi for laptops or iPads
• Observation windows in the waiting area
• Spacious studio spaces to fit your needs 
• Sound systems for use during rental

Pricing is $35 per hour, up to 10 people.  Each additional 5 people is an additional $5 per hour. 
$5 discount per hour for rentals over 3 hours.
