SCHOOL POLICIES

1. Students must arrive and be picked up promptly.  We are responsible for students during class time only.  Students waiting to be picked up are asked to wait INSIDE the building. 
2. Students must be in required dance attire with proper hair in order to attend class.  See “Class Attire.”
3. Classrooms are closed.  Parent Observation will be held once each season.  We ask that parents observe their child’s class during  these designated times only.  We prefer students undivided attention so that we can offer the best possible class and the kids will get the most out of their time.
4. Parents and students must pick up after themselves.  Please leave the waiting area, dressing rooms, and parking lot free of trash.
5. Students may bring their dance bags into the classroom and may have water with them.  Cell phones must be turned to silent or off.
6. Gossiping , and bullying among students and parents is not permitted and may result in removal from the school.  If you have a     question or need to discuss something, please feel free to call us!
7. Classroom behavior that is dangerous (verbally or physically) to staff or other students will result in immediate removal from KMDS.
8. Student accounts over 30 days in arrears will not be allowed into the classroom.

TUITION POLICIES

1. Registration fee and monthly tuition is non-refundable.
2. Tuition will be deducted monthly on the 1st from credit card on file.  You can avoid auto deduction if tuition or fees are paid by    cash or check before the 1st of the month. If you do not have a credit card on file, $25 will be added to your monthly tuition.
3. Any accounts with a balance by the 10th of the month will incur a $25 late fee.
4. 30 days of written notice dropped of at the studio or emailed to [email protected] is required if dropping a class. NO EXCEPTIONS.  
5. Full payment of tuition is due regardless of absence and holidays.  Monthly tuition has been prorated to allow for all holidays and months containing five weeks.  There is not a tuition reduction or make-up class for the holidays we are closed.
6. There is a $30 returned check fee.
